Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. What is your processing time?

- After purchasing, the processing time will be 2 days. All items shown as "in stock" on the page have been made and are ready to ship!

2. How much does shipping cost? What shipping service is used?

For orders under $100, shipping will cost a flat rate of $8. For orders over $100, shipping is free. All packages will be mailed using USPS Retail Ground.

3. Where is my package?

- I do not have exclusive details about your tracking, what you see on your tracking is what I see on my end as well. Once the package is dropped off at the post office, it's out of my control.

4. What is your refund/exchange policy?

- I do not accept returns. If you encounter any issues with your order, feel free to reach out to me at by using the contact form. I also do not do refunds, if you purchase incorrect items, you have 24 hours to contact me to cancel the items, after that I will not be issuing refunds.

5. What is the care instruction for your items?

- Care instructions are included in product descriptions for items that can be cleaned (i.e. blankets, etc.). I highly recommend not washing any stuffed animals since water can affect the shape and stuffing of the plushie. If you must clean/wash it, please hand wash; products are not machine-washable. I highly recommend spot cleaning by taking a warm wet cloth and dabbing away to clean. I am not responsible for any damages to the plushie if you chose to wash it.

6. Are your products safe for babies/children?

- All of my products with plastic eyes and are not suitable for children under 4. The plushies/stuffed animals are for decorative purposes only and are not cuddle toys.

7. How often will you restock items?

- It is my goal to restock items twice a month; that said I do have a demanding full-time job, so restock times may vary slightly. I will announce my restocks on this website and on my Instagram @icouldcrochetthat.

8. How do you calculate the cost of your items?

- I take into account the amount of time, materials, and effort it takes to create each item as well as compare my products to market value through other makers' sites, Etsy, and markets. Handmade items take a significant amount of time and effort and reflecting it in pricing makes selling our products worth it!
